Associate Director, Technology Solutions Engineering

The Associate Director, Technology Solution Implementation gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 or more years of technical, focused in web applications
• 4 or more years of management experience in technical
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise AI platforms, AI-enabled business applications, and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions responsibly and at scale.
• Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes across the organization with organization similar to Humana
• Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams. Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes, * Master’s degree
• Experience in Healthcare, especially Insurance segment in an org like Humana
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, machine learning platforms, or intelligent automation technologies.
• Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud AI Services, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies.
• Experience in leading Cloud initiatives with deeper Cloud knowledge

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$142,300 - $195,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
