Accessibility Tester / QA Analyst III (Hybrid Onsite) - Nashville, TN

We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Tester / QA Analyst III to support application modernization initiatives within an Agile/Scrum environment. The consultant will support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop and execute manual and automated test cases, and collaborate closely with business users, developers, and QA teams to validate modernized applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automation testing, accessibility testing aligned with ADA and Section 508 requirements, API testing, and modern QA automation practices. Experience with AI-powered testing approaches is highly desirable due to the specialized nature of the modernization program.

The consultant will support testing across multiple modernized applications, APIs, portals, and ServiceNow implementations. Responsibilities will include creating reusable automation scripts, increasing test coverage, reducing repetitive manual testing, supporting UAT activities, and helping business users develop and execute effective test scenarios., * Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for application modernization initiatives.

• Develop, document, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with business users and functional teams to define UAT requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and accessibility testing.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to increase test coverage and reduce repetitive manual testing.
• Create reusable automation scripts for modernized applications and enterprise portals.
• Support automation testing using Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or comparable automation frameworks.
• Test APIs using Postman and other API testing tools.
• Validate application functionality, data integrity, integrations, and business workflows.
• Perform accessibility testing aligned with ADA and Section 508 requirements.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Use Jira and Zephyr for Jira to manage test cases, execution results, defects, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA professionals within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Analyze application process flows and identify potential testing gaps and risks.
• Support testing of modernized enterprise applications, including portals and ServiceNow-based applications.
• Develop automation scripts for customer, provider, worker, HR, legal, and other enterprise portals as required.
• Support API and performance testing activities.
• Perform regression testing when new application functionality is introduced.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, defect triage, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Provide clear status updates regarding testing progress, defects, risks, and UAT readiness.
• Assist business users with test preparation, test execution, defect reporting, and validation.
• Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and reusable test assets., Deliverables:

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a QA Analyst, Software Test Analyst, Accessibility Tester, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.
• Experience supporting or leading UAT activities.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum project teams.
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Jira.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or comparable automation testing tools.
• Experience testing modernized applications and enterprise portals.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience with ADA and Section 508 accessibility testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new applications, tools, and testing technologies quickly.
