Job description

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure back-end services using Node.js
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js
  • Develop and integrate APIs (GraphQL etc.)
  • Collaborate with product managers, and other engineers to define and build new features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices (TDD, CI/CD, etc.)
  • Manage databases and optimize queries (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
  • Participate in code reviews when needed
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and tools

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Proven experience as a full stack developer

  • Strong proficiency in using JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS and ReactJS
  • Solid back-end development skills using Node.js and frameworks
  • Experience of leading a team of engineers
  • Strong front-end development experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component architecture
  • Experience with front-end tooling (Vite, ESLint)
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and Structured verses Unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of API design, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), and security best practices
  • Proven track record of lead stakeholder engagements / workshops
  • Experience with Git, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Good understanding of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes

Applicants will need to be eligible to work in the UK and hold (or be eligible for) UK security clearance, including enhanced customer clearance (eSC).
