IBM ECM and FileNet Support

Required Qualifications and Skills * 5 years demonstrated expertise in IBM ECM and FileNet technologies. * 5 years’ experience coordinating with IBM support on behalf of customers. * 5 years’ experience and knowledge of IBM applications, including support for o WebSphere v9.0.5.22 o FileNet CPE 5.5.8 w/ IF006 o ICN 3.0.11 w/ IF016 o Datacap 9.1.9 w/ IF002 * 5 years’ experience performing application and server upgrades for IBM applications. * 5 years’ of experience performing on-call support for IBM applications and or government entities * 5 years’ experience performing technical and security reviews of IBM applications. Certifications related to area(s) of responsibilities such as: o IBM o Websphere o FileNet o ICN o DataCap
