Job description

We address this by developing innovative tools powered by Machine Learning and AI. Our flagship products, Case Manager and Enquiry Manager, helps those involved in the property transaction handle information efficiently and accurately. Building on this success, we have expanded into Voice AI, creating intelligent voice agents that generate quotes, provide client updates, and capture feedback on behalf of law firms., As Junior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a product area that’s at the very forefront of legal technology. Our Voice AI agents are transforming how law firms interact with clients, from quoting and onboarding to case updates and feedback. Your role will be to make sure these agents don’t just “work” they delight users, deliver value to firms, and keep improving over time.

Day-to-day, you’ll spend time crafting the actual words our AI agents use, designing natural, human-like conversations that feel supportive and trustworthy. You’ll also be responsible for setting up the actions that happen behind the scenes, connecting our agents to other tools and systems using Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.

A big part of your role will involve testing: running through different scenarios, spotting where conversations could break down, and making improvements. You’ll also work closely with current and prospective clients, gathering their requirements, explaining what the technology can and can’t do, and making sure expectations are clear and managed.

This is a hands-on, practical role where you’ll learn how a product comes to life and grows. You’ll collaborate with everyone in the team, while also having direct input into the product roadmap. As you gain experience, you’ll become the go-to person for our Voice AI product line, driving it forward and helping to shape the future of AI in the legal sector., * Design & build prompts for voice agents (e.g. Synthflow) to deliver natural, human-like conversations.

  • Configure workflows by triggering actions and webhooks via Zapier and other automation tools.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimise agent functionality to ensure smooth performance.
  • Engage with prospective and current clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and translate feedback into product delivery.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing automation?, * Experience: Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field. Some exposure to SaaS, product management, or automation tools like Zapier is a bonus.

  • Skills: Strong writing ability for creating empathetic prompts, with confidence learning new tools and connecting systems. Organised, analytical, and detail-focused.
  • Mindset: Proactive and resourceful, keen to experiment and solve problems. Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up and eager to grow into product management.
  • Communication: Clear communicator with clients and colleagues. Able to translate technical detail into plain English and collaborate effectively across teams., * Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role within a B2B environment (ideally technology or SaaS).
  • Motivated to learn quickly and grow into a product management role.
  • Curious about AI, automation, and how people interact with technology.
  • Comfortable engaging with both clients and technical teams.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership of tasks.
  • Excited by the chance to shape a product and make an immediate impact.
