Digital Solutions Analyst

• Meet with engineers, SMEs, and business users to identify pain points, manual processes, data gaps, and opportunities for digital improvement.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, effort, and speed to impact.
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions, process maps, user stories, technical requirements, prototypes, and implementation plans.
• Rapidly build and prototype Power BI dashboards, workflow automations, low-code applications, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled tools.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, data models, Power Query transformations, DAX measures, and visualizations.
• Use Power Automate, SharePoint, Smartsheet, APIs, SQL, Python, and Databricks to automate workflows and improve data accessibility.
• Work directly with users to test prototypes, conduct UAT, gather feedback, iterate, and deploy successful solutions.
• Drive user adoption, track usage and business benefits, document results, and identify opportunities to scale successful solutions.
• Manage multiple digital initiatives from discovery and prototype through validation, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives and proactively drive projects forward to completion.

• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Smartsheet, APIs, or other low-code/workflow automation tools.
• Basic hands-on experience with AI/LLM or AI-enabled solutions, including search, retrieval, extraction, classification, summarization, or document intelligence.
• Strong business analysis and problem-framing skills with the ability to identify pain points and translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, user stories, and solution design.
• Ability to rapidly develop MVPs/prototypes, test them with users, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Databricks, ETL, data quality, and relational data concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with engineers, SMEs, business users, and technical teams.
• Experience driving user adoption and change management for newly developed digital solutions.
• Ability to independently own projects and drive them forward while working in a collaborative team environment.
• Engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, EHS, or capital-project experience is highly preferred.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, OR Associate degree + 4 years of experience, OR High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of experience., * How many years of hands-on experience do you have with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX?

• How many years of hands-on SQL experience do you have for querying, analyzing, transforming, or validating data?
• Do you have hands-on experience developing or supporting AI/LLM-enabled solutions such as AI search, RAG/retrieval, document extraction, classification, or summarization?
• Which are the Pharmaceutical or Biotech clients you have worked with?
