About the company

Integrity Homes is part of a diversified group of affiliated, locally owned businesses operating in construction, concrete and excavation, retail, automotive services, and emerging business technology.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Integrator who can work directly with the owner and company leaders to turn priorities into coordinated execution, strengthen accountability, improve financial and operational visibility, and help the businesses operate with less dependence on the owner.

This is not an advisory, coaching, or administrative-only position. The successful candidate will become the owner’s operational counterpart, help establish a consistent management system across the affiliated companies, and ensure that leadership commitments produce measurable results.
