Senior UX Designer

The ideal candidate also has experience incorporating AI tools into the UX/design process, using AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and overall design efficiency., * Lead UX design for greenfield/new product initiatives from discovery through final design.

• Conduct user research, interviews, discovery sessions, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and workflows.
• Translate research and business requirements into user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and design concepts.
• Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, and end users throughout the product lifecycle.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, data, and stakeholder input.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex healthcare workflows and environments.
• Leverage Figma AI and or other AI-powered tools throughout the UX lifecycle, including research synthesis, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, design iteration, and usability analysis.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve both the design process and end-user experience.
• Balance AI-assisted workflows with strong UX judgment, user-centered design principles, and appropriate human validation.

• Senior-level UX/Product Design experience.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working on greenfield products or applications and taking designs from initial concept through delivery.
• Advanced Figma skills, including high-fidelity design, interactive prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Strong hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable UX decisions and designs.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into UX/Product Design workflows.
• Experience with Figma AI and/or other AI-powered design, research, prototyping, or productivity tools.
• Ability to independently take an ambiguous business problem through research ? concepts ? validation ? high-fidelity design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Candidates should be able to provide specific examples of how they have used AI to improve their UX/design process. This could include tools or capabilities such as:

• Figma AI / FigJam AI
• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar GenAI tools
• AI-assisted user research and research synthesis
• AI-generated concepts, wireframes, or prototypes
• Generative prototyping/design tools
• AI-assisted usability analysis
• AI-supported content generation and UX writing
• Other emerging AI-enabled UX/Product Design technologies
