We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Engineer who embraces an AI-first approach to software development. Someone who leverages tools like Claude, Cursor and modern LLMs to increase engineering velocity, accelerate experimentation and deliver high-quality products faster. This role isn’t about building foundation models or conducting academic AI research. It’s about applying AI pragmatically to solve real business problems, create intelligent product experiences and help shape how software is built inside a modern technology business. The Opportunity You’ll join a small, high-impact AI R&D team focused on evaluating, building and scaling AI capabilities across the wider platform. You’ll be given the freedom to experiment, prototype and challenge conventional approaches, helping identify where AI can genuinely create value for customers and the business.We’re looking for the type of engineer whose ideas often start with: "I wonder if we could…"…and usually end with a working prototype a few hours later. What You’ll Be Doing Building AI-powered products, tools and experiences that integrate into the wider platformRapidly prototyping and validating new concepts using modern AI technologiesLeveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and OpenAI models to maximise engineering productivityDesigning and developing full-stack applications using .NET, Angular and AzureCreating prompt-driven workflows, agents and automations that interact with internal and external systemsIdentifying opportunities where AI can improve customer experiences, operational efficiency and product capabilityEvaluating emerging AI technologies and helping shape future technical directionCollaborating closely with product, engineering and leadership teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions
