Senior / Expert Data Scientist

• Build custom visualizations and analytic applications tailored to operational needs
• Automate analytic and business workflows using Python
• Apply AI/ML techniques to structured and unstructured data
• Develop and maintain databases and mine data for insight
• Identify and prototype new capabilities, concept demonstrators, and modernization efforts
• Explain complex technical findings clearly to analysts and leadership

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or data visualization. An equivalent combination of experience, certifications, and training may be considered.
• Expert-level Python, including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and visualization frameworks such as Plotly/Dash or Bokeh
• Hands-on experience with Esri tools, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and secure enterprise Portal
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community operations

Preferred

• Experience applying AI/ML to operational datasets
• Database development and data mining experience
• Experience leading modernization initiatives or building concept demonstrators
