• 50% Python Development & Test Framework Engineering
• 25% Data Validation, Database Testing & ETL Quality Assurance
• 15% API & Backend Service Testing
• 10% CI/CD, Release Support & Process Improvements

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-On Development & Automation Engineering
• 10% Test Strategy & Technical Planning
• 20% Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Strong Python software development experience
• Hands-on experience building automated test frameworks using pytest
• Background developing and maintaining automated tests for backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, or ETL processes
• Experience writing production-quality code and participating in code reviews
• Knowledge of software version control systems such as Git
• Experience validating data integrity, data quality, and complex business workflows
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated deployment pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams
