Data & Analytics Analyst

Apex is looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about helping build a world-class data and analytics organization. This individual would be responsible for (i) managing triaging reported data issues, (ii) supporting functions with ad-hoc data analysis, (iii) increasing the analytics posture of our data infrastructure, and (iv) being a thought partner on long-term strategic planning and data-driven growth initiatives with department leaders and other senior leaders within Apex., * Support Partner Services functions with ad-hoc data analysis capabilities such as data audit reports, producing curated data sets, and exploratory data analysis.

• Take ownership of triaging reported data issues and identifying root cause.
• Partner with Data & Analytics team to translate data analysis proof-of-concepts into Data Model enhancements.
• Partner with Data & Analytics team to implement Data Quality checks within existing Data Pipelines.
• Provide Data Analysis support for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.

This role is highly analytical, strategic, and data-oriented and is suited for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to technical and analytical capabilities, with a high level of emotional intelligence, to help grow the Company., * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience using Python & SQL in a Data Analysis role.
• 3+ years of experience working with Python Data Science such as like Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn,
• 3+ years using SQL functionality like CTEs, Pivots, Window Functions, etc.
• Experienced with working with JSON data.
• Experienced querying OLAP Data Models (Star Schema).
• Experience with Snowflake & DBT is a plus.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or statistical analytics is a plus.
