Data Processing Specialist

• Review customer specifications, spreadsheets, and supporting documents and enter accurate information for estimating and production.
• Organize and validate product information including quantities, materials, printing, finishing, collation, and packaging requirements.
• Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information and work with internal teams to resolve questions.
• Create and validate electronic subject layouts to help optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and perform quality checks to ensure data is complete and reliable.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, detailed documentation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Strong Excel, computer, and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with detailed spreadsheets, specifications, quantities, and production information.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Ability and willingness to learn our printing, manufacturing, and collectible card processes.
