Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, hardware deployment, and remote data center environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with RHEL, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and physical infrastructure support., * Install, configure, manage, and maintain physical and virtual hardware and software.

• Perform virtualization, system imaging, and operating system configuration for RHEL and Windows Server environments.
• Unbox, rack, stack, cable, label, and configure servers and other infrastructure hardware.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy, DFSR, Active Directory Sites and Services, replication, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure and smart hands support for remote sites and data centers.
• Troubleshoot and support servers, infrastructure, and network equipment.
• Follow applicable NERC CIP standards and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

• Strong experience with virtualization, system imaging, and operating system configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DFSR, DNS, DHCP, and replication.
• Proven experience with physical hardware deployment, including rack and stack, cabling, labeling, and configuration.
• Experience supporting data centers, remote infrastructure, and network equipment.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP standards is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise data center environments.
• Smart hands or remote infrastructure support experience.
• Experience working with both physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking and server hardware.
