Job description

  • Desarrollar y mantener agentes de IA.
  • Construir pipelines de ejecución de agentes (orquestación, dependencias y paralelismo).
  • Integrar modelos LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic y Google).
  • Diseñar, optimizar y evolucionar prompts.
  • Gestionar y optimizar el contexto (filtrado, estructuración y reducción de tokens).
  • Implementar soluciones RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Generar automáticamente documentación y entregables en Markdown/HTML.

Requirements

2-3 años de experiencia mínima como Developer. Ingeniería o formación técnica equivalente. Experiencia en:

  • Python
  • APIs y servicios backend
  • IA Generativa, LLMs y agentes
  • LangChain y LangGraph
  • Git y SDLC
  • Arquitecturas RAG
  • Cloud (AWS o Azure)
  • Ciclo completo de desarrollo de software
