Job description

  • Contribute to the development of the overall testing strategy, ensuring full coverage of key business processes and system integrations
  • Create detailed test scripts aligned with business requirements
  • Execute test cases in line with agreed test plans and scripts
  • Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, working closely with internal teams and system implementers
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination and management of testing resources
  • Carry out non-functional testing, including performance, security, and accessibility testing
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including test plans, scripts, results, and defect reports
  • Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders on testing activity and outcomes

Requirements

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, * Proven experience in ERP testing across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement modules

  • Experience in non-functional testing (performance, security, and accessibility)
  • Strong experience in writing and executing test scripts
  • Experience in defect management, including tracking through to resolution
  • Experience supporting or managing UAT activities
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Previous experience working within the public sector
  • Experience on large-scale ERP implementation programmes
  • Familiarity with test management tools
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, * ERP testing: 2 years (required)
  • testing HR modules within an ERP system: 1 year (required)
  • esting Payroll modules within an ERP system: 1 year (required)
  • testing Finance modules within an ERP system: 1 year (required)
  • testing Procurement modules within an ERP system?: 1 year (required)
  • logging, tracking, and managing defects: 1 year (required)
  • supporting or coordinating User Acceptance Testing: 1 year (required)
  • UAT activities or coordinated business users during testing: 1 year (required)
  • conducting accessibility testing (e.g., WCAG compliance: 1 year (required)
