Common Core Responsibilities
- Analyze business questions and deliver actionable insights.
- Compile, organize, query, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and performance measurement tools.
- Use SQL to query and manipulate data and create analytics-ready datasets.
- Apply data quality and governance best practices.
- Monitor business performance and evaluate key initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.

Level-Specific Scope and Responsibilities
CONSULTANT II: Responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer complex questions and influence distribution strategy., * Complete analyses, recurring reporting, dashboard enhancements, and performance measurement assignments.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify business questions, gather requirements, and translate needs into analytical outputs.
- Apply established analytical methods, data standards, and governance practices.
- Identify meaningful trends and communicate practical recommendations to team members and business partners.
- Present findings to team members, project partners, and business stakeholders., * Complete complex analyses, recurring reporting, dashboard enhancements, and performance measurement assignments.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems and identify opportunities.
- Connect insights across datasets, initiatives, and performance indicators to explain business drivers.
- Develop recommendations that influence strategy, priorities, and business action.
- Anticipate data quality, governance, and measurement risks and guide practical solutions.
- Contribute analytics best practices and help strengthen the quality and consistency of team deliverables.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge with SQL
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or a similar tool.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and deliver multiple assignments.
SENIOR CONSULTANT I: Support complex ambiguous analytical initiatives, define analytical approaches, drive stakeholder alignment, and influence business direction through data-driven recommendations., * 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Strong SQL and advanced data analysis skills.
- Experience building and improving dashboards, reports, and performance measurement solutions using Power BI or a similar tool.
- Identify meaningful trends and communicate insights
- Experience independently leading multiple analytics projects and influencing business decisions through insights., * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in insurance, sales, distribution, or financial analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or data lakehouse environments.
- Working knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language.
- Experience influencing business strategy through data-driven insights.
