Lead Software Engineer

The tech stack is a modern Java stack. Full microservice architecture and integrated devops, cicd and testing.You’ll be working on-Lead responsibility to contribute to the team’s ways of working, processes, system design and tech roadmapHands-on engineering web and internal systemsDesigning and building REST APIs and integrating components into large system landscapesActively contributing to the creation and development of the UK tech roadmapWorking with automated testing and performance optimisationSupporting the growth of the team, process improvement, helping recruit if you wish to get involved

Experience we are seeking-Full stack software engineering (some experience using java, any front end framework, cloud ideally AWS but not essential)Modern architectures and ways of workingSome proven leadership skills - technical decisions, guiding junior colleagues, contributing to tech roadmap, forward planning, bringing ideas and innovation to the teamSome experience using AI tools to advantageA degree or equivalent would be preferred Please get in touch
