Job description
- Lead DevOps engineering for Salesforce and Databricks, driving secure, scalable, and reliable release delivery responsible for CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy
- Own DevOps standards, tooling, and best practices
- Partner with Salesforce developers and Databricks engineers to enable efficient, high-quality automated releases
- Partner with QA engineers to integrate test automation frameworks into CI/CD pipeline
- Drive automation across build, test, deployment, monitoring, and incident management
- Manage and deliver Salesforce and Databricks releases
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, including goal setting, performance management, and coaching
- Contribute to broader technology modernization and engineering excellence initiatives at Moody’s
About the team
The Customer Operations and Risk organization supports the customer lifecycle and lead-to-cash processes. This role sits within the Business Systems function as part of Data Management and Analytics team to deliver trusted data, reporting, and insights that enable decision-making across the business.

Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 8+ years hands-on DevOps engineering experience on Salesforce platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Salesforce DevOps Center, and Gearset.
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-environment Salesforce delivery (development, testing, UAT, production)
- Demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet goals and operate effectively in a large enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Databricks workloads (notebooks, jobs, DLT pipelines) and automating deployments using Databricks Asset Bundles, Databricks CLI, and GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Experience with QA automation frameworks and test automation strategy
- Experience with Cursor and ClaudeCode
- Background in regulated, risk-aware, or highly governed environments, * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
