Junior Power Platform Developer

You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) alongside Python-based scripts for data processing and automation. Working within a structured development environment, you will gain hands-on experience with source control, environment management, and deployment processes. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting system improvements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to automate business processes.

This is a varied, hands-on entry-level role where you will be supported with training and development to build your skills and knowledge.

Supported learning and development, including the opportunity to work towards Microsoft Certifications.

Solution Development

• Assist in the design, build, and deployment of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Support testing and validation of new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Assist in maintaining and writing basic Python scripts to support data automation, daily reporting or scheduled tasks.
• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled workflows.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.
• Support testing and implementation of improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Technical Support

• Provide support for existing solutions.
• Document new and existing systems, processes, and data flows to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Foundational knowledge of Python (or similar scripting language) and a basic understanding of data concepts (e.g. relational databases, tables and Excel data handling).

• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Proactive and organised approach to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Some exposure to Power Platform tools (desirable).
