Job description

Core Engineering & Platforms (CEP) group is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to drive the development and adoption of enterprise-scale infrastructure automation capabilities. This role is responsible for designing, building, and productizing reusable infrastructure solutions that enable engineering teams to provision, manage, and operate infrastructure through code. The ideal candidate may have successfully launched large-scale IaC initiatives and can translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable engineering solutions.

As a technical acumen and practitioner, the candidate will establish engineering standards, build reusable modules and automation frameworks, implement CI/CD pipelines, and drive self-service infrastructure capabilities across the organization. Also, the candidate will collaborate closely with platform, server, security, networking, and application teams to transform infrastructure delivery from manual processes into a resilient, automated, and software-defined operating model.

  • Accountable for the enterprise Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation solutions across omni-hosted platforms.

  • Build reusable modules, templates, blueprints, and self-service automation capabilities for infrastructure teams.

  • Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, Python, or related infrastructure automation technologies.

  • Apply AI-assisted engineering and Specification-Driven Design practices to improve delivery speed, consistency, and automation quality.

  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, security controls, governance, and risk management within enterprise automation platforms.

  • Design and develop APIs and integrations that enable infrastructure orchestration, provisioning, and platform services.

  • Drive CI/CD, security, compliance, testing, and deployment automation for infrastructure delivery.

  • Partner with platform product teams to accelerate IaC adoption and productize infrastructure capabilities.

  • Create documentation, reference architectures, training materials, and enablement programs for IaC tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices.

  • Leverage cross-domain infrastructure knowledge spanning compute, networking, storage, security, identity, cloud, and infra services to deliver curated consumer-facing platform products and improve operational resilience., Joining our team isn’t just a job - it’s an opportunity. One that takes your skills and pushes them to the next level. One that encourages you to challenge the status quo. One where you can shape the future of protection while supporting causes that mean the most to you. Joining our team means being part of something bigger - a winning team making a meaningful impact.
