  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (product, QA, design, and other engineering pods) to align on technical solutions and delivery timelines.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback to uphold software quality standards.
  • Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge is captured and shared across the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues within a specific discipline or component set.
  • Provide basic mentorship and guidance to junior engineers or less experienced team members.
  • Support portions of larger team initiatives while independently leading smaller project components.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and risks to team leads in a timely manner to avoid schedule delays.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years focused on high-scale Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), CX enterprise software of Field Services enterprise software.
  • Experience with AWS Services and CI/CD pipelines for cloud native or CCaaS application deployments.
  • Experience designing and building reliable workflows and integrations in major CRMs, specifically Salesforce.
  • Advanced programming proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles.
  • Demonstrated experience taking features from design through implementation and deployment.

Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to handle complex assignments with moderate autonomy and periodic review.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge within a specific technical discipline, applied to solve standard-complexity problems.
