Job description

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AWS Solutions Architect to design, build, and optimize next-generation cloud infrastructure for enterprise initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability, tight security, and cost efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation, working closely with engineering teams to deploy robust applications that power the future of mobility., Architecture & Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available infrastructure on AWS to support massive data workloads, connected vehicle services, and enterprise applications.

Cloud Migration & Modernization: Lead the migration of legacy on-premises workloads to AWS using lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or re-architecting strategies.

DevOps & Automation: Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate cloud provisioning and minimize manual intervention.

Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous IAM policies, data encryption (at rest and in transit), and network security configurations aligned with Enterprise’s compliance standards.

Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud spend and design architectures that maximize performance while minimizing operational costs.

Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between software developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure cloud infrastructure directly enables business goals.

Requirements

Cloud Platform: Deep, hands-on expertise with a broad range of AWS services (Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, and Security).

Infrastructure as Code: Strong proficiency with automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Containers & Orchestration: Solid experience with dockerized environments using Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, or Kubernetes.

CI/CD Pipelines: Experience building and maintaining deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

Data & Analytics: Familiarity with cloud data warehousing and big data tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Amazon EMR, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake).

Networking: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud networking, including VPC architecture, AWS Direct Connect, Route 53, and Transit Gateways.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 8+ years in IT, with at least 3-5 years dedicated to designing and implementing enterprise-level AWS architectures.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional is highly preferred.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders. A mindset aligned with continuous learning and iterative improvement.
