Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for 2 experienced skilled Web Developers to join our busy head office team in Telford. The right candidate should have between 1 to 3 years experience, can build features independently has the capable of growing into owning entire portals/projects within 6 months.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Good working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development practices
  • Experience building applications using Node.js and React
  • Experience contributing to or building full-stack web applications
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend concepts
  • Experience working with databases (e.g. MongoDB, SQL Server, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
  • Comfortable working across both frontend and backend
  • Experience using Git for version control
  • Understanding of application security practices (authentication, handling user data)
  • Ability to take ownership of features and progress them through to completion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services

Nice to Have:

  • Experience deploying applications or exposure to hosting environments
  • Familiarity with Linux-based servers
  • Exposure to tools such as NGINX, APACHE, PM2, or similar
  • Experience with Docker and containerised applications
  • Understanding of environment configuration (dev/test/production)
  • Awareness of application performance considerations
  • Experience with LAMP stack
