This newly created role will power the infrastructure behind vital mental health support. In this dynamic, multi-faceted role, you will be the backbone of our operational success by bridging the gap between technology and facilities. You will manage our external ICT partnership, provide vital first-line support for Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure, and take charge working with our IT provider to support critical security standards like Cyber Essentials Plus and the NHS DSP Toolkit day to day. Beyond tech, you will champion workspace safety and coordination by managing building leases, utilities, and health and safety compliance across our sites.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, We are looking for a proactive, collaborative organiser with excellent technical troubleshooting skills and a genuine passion for our mental health mission. To thrive in this position, you need proven experience in IT systems administration, an analytical eye for asset tracking, and the communication skills to support non-technical colleagues easily. If you have a solid understanding of GDPR, experience managing external contractors, and a desire to create secure, cost-effective working environments that empower a purpose-driven team, we want to hear from you.

The salary for this role is £28,366.20 FTE which is £17,249.72 pro rata. The role is initially for 12 months, but with a view to go permanent.
