In this role, you will combine hands-on full-stack engineering, platform ownership, product thinking, and technical leadership in agent-led development. You will own solutions end-to-end, from understanding user needs and shaping the experience to architecture, UX/UI, frontend, backend, data modeling, integrations, deployment, and production operation. You will also help lead how we adopt agentic development, continuously evaluating emerging models, tools, and engineering practices and turning them into effective, reliable development workflows.

What will your job look like?

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions, including frontend applications, backend services, APIs, data models, integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Lead the adoption of agent-led development across discovery, design, implementation, testing, review, and delivery.
  • Evaluate and apply evolving AI models, coding agents, agentic workflows, tool calling, context management, and orchestration techniques.
  • Translate complex business and technical needs into intuitive, reliable, and maintainable products.
  • Drive architectural decisions around scalability, reliability, security, authorization, data integrity, and failure recovery.
  • Maintain and improve production systems while collaborating with users, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing complex, production-grade full-stack systems.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, API development, and modern web architecture.
  • Proven ability to own products and technical solutions end-to-end, including UX/UI, backend, frontend, data, integrations, and production operation.
  • Strong product mindset and the ability to turn complex workflows into clear, practical user experiences.
  • Deep practical understanding of Large Language Models, coding agents, agentic workflows, tool use, context management, and AI-assisted software development.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in adopting and scaling agent-led development practices.
  • Strong system-design and troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, infrastructure, and external services.
  • Independent, hands-on, and highly motivated, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
  • Experience building or operating production LLM applications and agent orchestration systems.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation, and observability.
  • Experience integrating enterprise services, identity systems, and external APIs.
