Vice President II, Payments Systems Technology

We are seeking an experienced Vice President II, Payments Systems Technology to lead enterprise payment technology strategy, architecture, and operational management. This executive role focuses on secure, scalable payment platforms, modernization initiatives, and cross-functional technology leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise payment technology strategy and long-term roadmaps
• Oversee payment platforms, processing systems, and technology integrations
• Support ACH, debit card, real-time payments, and wire payment systems
• Ensure payment platform security, availability, and reliability
• Drive cloud modernization, automation, and digital transformation
• Collaborate with risk, fraud, compliance, and business teams
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, and strategic initiatives
• Establish governance, performance standards, and operational controls
• Lead technical teams and mentor technology professionals

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Extensive experience in payments technology and enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of payment processing and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices
• Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
