Software Engineer

Based in Waltham, MA, this hybrid Senior Software Engineer role serves as the Platform Engineering lead in the United States, combining backend software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform strategy, and developer experience. Daily Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to improve platform adoption and developer experience
• Design, build, and enhance backend platform services and tooling
• Drive AI adoption across the software development lifecycle
• Improve cloud infrastructure, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Platform strategy, architectural guidance, and technical leadership

• Strong professional experience building backend applications with Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms and infrastructure
• Background in platform engineering, developer productivity, or developer experience initiatives
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and software delivery best practices
• Knowledge of modern cloud architecture, infrastructure-as-code, and scalable distributed systems
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and operational excellence
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive adoption of new technologies across engineering teams
