Contents Technician

Contents Inventory & Documentation

• Assist with detailed contents inventory and management for restoration projects

• Photograph and document contents before, during, and after packing or cleaning

• Assist with identifying salvageable and non-salvageable contents

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records and tracking systems

• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and chain-of-custody procedures for contents

Contents Packing, Moving & Storage

• Assist with customer pack-outs, moving, and storage coordination

• Help supervise crews during packing, moving, and contents handling projects

• Assist with documenting contents storage locations and movement logs

• Support labor and material tracking for contents jobs

• Ensure contents are handled safely and professionally to minimize damages

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with supervising contents cleaning operations at the warehouse

• Support warehouse organization and cleanliness

• Assist with inventory management of consumables, packing materials, and cleaning supplies

• Track warehouse supply usage and report inventory needs

• Help maintain proper storage and staging procedures for customer contents

Estimating & Administrative Support

• Assist with estimating contents-related jobs and services

• Support job documentation and file management

• Maintain accurate labor, equipment, and material logs

• Assist management with project coordination and reporting

Customer Service & Field Support

• Greet customers professionally at the start of contents projects

• Assist with crew coordination and job kickoff procedures

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments. This position offers growth opportunities within the restoration industry and provides hands-on training in contents operations, documentation, and estimating procedures., * Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to document information accurately

• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments

• Comfortable working in warehouse and field settings

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Ability to lift, move, and pack contents as needed

• Valid driver’s license required

• Restoration industry experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate

• May require lifting, bending, standing, and moving contents for extended periods

• Occasional overtime or emergency response work may be required based on project needs
