Job description

Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses for business teams
Turn business questions into data queries, metrics, and visuals
Query and validate data using SQL in a relational database
Build and maintain Excel models and reporting files
Develop BI dashboards for self-service insights
Partner with internal teams to refine reporting needs and logic
Support data quality, consistency, and documentation

Requirements

4+ years in data, BI, or analytics roles
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Background in financial services preferred
Ability to connect data outputs to business use cases
Comfortable in lean, high-ownership environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Nice to have: Python and exposure to AI tools
