Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong communication skills who can participate in client interviews, technical discussions, and project meetings.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Participating in technical interviews with international clients
• Discussing software architecture, engineering experience, and technical solutions
• Explaining previous projects and technical decisions
• Joining client meetings and technical discussions
• Helping bridge communication between clients and the delivery team
• Providing technical input during project planning and discovery phases

We are expanding our international collaboration network and looking for experienced engineers who enjoy technical discussions, client communication, and architecture conversations., You are a good fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Have strong backend, frontend, cloud, or full-stack experience
• Are comfortable discussing architecture and technical decisions
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Have experience working with international teams or clients
• Enjoy interviews, discussions, mentoring, or technical leadership activities

• Strong software engineering background
