Job description

We are seeking a IAM Engineer to own identity and access controls for Claude Code, ensuring correct provisioning, de-provisioning, and ongoing access governance aligned with least-privilege principles., * Implement and maintain SSO/MFA integration for Claude Code using enterprise IdP.

  • Design and enforce RBAC model for Claude Code access tiers.
  • Manage PAM controls for Claude Code administrative functions.
  • Conduct quarterly access reviews and drive remediation of over-provisioned accounts.
  • Manage service account lifecycle for CI/CD and agentic integrations.
  • Respond to IAM-related incidents (e.g., account compromise, unauthorised access).

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 4+ years in IAM or identity security roles.

  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
  • SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 protocols.
  • Experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
  • Access governance and role design methodology.
  • Understanding of SCIM provisioning.

Desirable Skills / experience:

  • Experience with CIAM (Customer/Developer IAM).
  • Familiarity with zero-standing-privilege concepts.
  • Relevant certification: SC-300, Okta Certified Professional.
