Implementation Engineer

• Own end-to-end software implementations for veterinary clients across the UK

Our client is a market-leading technology provider operating within a specialist healthcare sector. They deliver innovative software and services that help customers improve operational efficiency, connectivity and business performance across multiple sites throughout the UK.

They’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the technical side of implementations but is equally comfortable working directly with customers. You’ll manage software deployments, data migrations, integrations and system configuration, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and client success.

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Experience in software implementation, technical support or deployment roles

• Strong understanding of SQL databases and data migration activities
• Exposure to APIs, SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (Azure desirable)
• Full right to work without the need for sponsorship
• Confident communicator who can build credibility with customers and stakeholders

• £40-45k depending on experience
