• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Facilitate classroom instruction, ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress and manage course materials.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Research and integrate current educational practices and technologies into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
• Provide library services support, guiding students in utilizing resources effectively.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and concerns.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies, programming languages, and/or IT methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage a diverse group of learners
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• Experience in curriculum development, particularly for adult language education programs.
• Familiarity with learning technology tools that enhance classroom instruction.
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning needs.
• Knowledge of university-level teaching practices is preferred but not required.
• Experience in classroom management techniques to foster student engagement and participation.
