Job description

In this role, your contribution will centre on helping organisations rethink how they plan, analyse, and manage performance across finance and operations. Rather than working from a fixed template, you will shape solutions around each client’s specific challenges and ambitions.

You will act as a trusted voice in conversations around modern EPM capabilities, bringing clarity to complex topics and helping stakeholders understand how EPM platforms such can be leveraged effectively.

A significant part of your work will involve engaging directly with senior decision makers to connect technology with business strategy ensuring that planning, forecasting, and reporting processes genuinely support organisational goals. You will guide discussions, challenge assumptions where needed, and help define a clear path forward.

From a delivery perspective, you will take ownership of translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions. This includes shaping data models, defining planning workflows, and ensuring that reporting outputs are both insightful and user-friendly. You will also play a key role in aligning different stakeholders, ensuring that both technical teams and business users are working towards the same outcomes.

Beyond implementation, you’ll help organisations navigate change, identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve efficiency, and embed new ways of working. Your input will be key in ensuring that solutions are not only delivered, but fully adopted and delivering long term impact.

Internally, you will contribute to the growth and maturity of the consulting team by sharing knowledge, supporting less experienced colleagues, and promoting best practice across engagements. You’ll also maintain close collaboration with commercial and product focused teams, feeding in insights from your client work to help shape future offerings and innovation.
