Job description
As a core Development Lead, you will be taking on a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for a senior developer looking to advance their career. You will be the epicentre of shaping the engineering function, championing best practices and driving the adoption of innovative technologies at an organisational scale.This is a very technically-rounded position rather than a managerial one, where the key focus will be leading the evolution of AI-enabled software development. It includes leveraging prompt engineering, AI-assisted development tools and emerging AI coding approaches to unlock new potential for innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on developmentShape and implement the technical vision, architecture, and development roadmapDrive adoption of AI-powered development practices (e.g. prompt engineering, AI copilots, automation tooling)Work across a multi-platform, tech-agnostic environment
