SAP S/4HANA Sales Operations Administrator (SAP SD/O2C) - 3 month fixed term contract

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales Operations Administrator to provide temporary support to our UK Customer Service and Sales team following a recent SAP S/4HANA implementation., * Create, amend, and manage sales orders for retail and bulk stock items

• Check stock availability and confirm delivery arrangements
• Manage pricing, discounts, and customer-specific terms
• Generate and process free-of-charge sample orders
• Create outbound deliveries and billing documents
• Process invoicing and sales documentation
• Manage returns, collections, and reverse logistics activities
• Generate and administer credit notes and debit adjustments
• Maintain customer master data records
• Maintain pricing and commercial data within SAP
• Support the Customer Service and Sales team with general sales administration activities
• Assist with operational troubleshooting and process support following a recent SAP S/4HANA migration.

Do you have experience in Sales administration?, This is a hands-on operational role supporting day-to-day sales administration activities within a busy commercial environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing a high volume of transactions, and navigating SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) processes with confidence.

This is not a technical SAP consultancy position. We are specifically seeking candidates with proven experience operating SAP S/4HANA in a sales office, customer service, or sales operations environment., Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) in a commercial, sales operations, customer service, or order processing environment. This must include:

• SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Sales Order Processing
• Billing and Invoicing
• Customer Returns Management
• Credit and Debit Memo Processing
• SAP Fiori.

In addition, it would be desirable if you have the following SAP skills:

• Rebate Management
• Condition Contracts
• Settlement Management
• Delivery Performance Analysis
• Sales Reporting and Analytics.

Suitable Previous Job Titles - candidates may currently hold or have previously held roles such as:

• SAP SD Key User
• SAP Sales Operations Specialist
• SAP Order-to-Cash Analyst
• SAP S/4HANA Sales Specialist
• SAP Customer Service Administrator
• SAP Sales Support Analyst
• SAP SD Functional Support Analyst.

This role can be undertaken on a fully remote basis from anywhere within the UK. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break).
