Lead Shift Engineer - Data Centre - London

Working across one of London’s flagship data centre facilities, you’ll join a business trusted to maintain mission-critical infrastructure for some of the world’s most recognised organisations. This role offers a clear pathway into leadership whilst remaining heavily involved in the technical delivery of a complex critical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting Shift Leaders with daily operations
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Monitoring critical plant and infrastructure
• Supporting switching activities
• Incident response and escalation management
• Contractor supervision
• Permit management
• Technical reporting and compliance

This role is ideal for an engineer looking to progress into leadership whilst maintaining a strong technical involvement within a critical environment.
