Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various programming languages and development frameworks, with a passion for creating innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from application development to front-end interfaces, leveraging modern tools and cloud services. The successful applicant will be involved in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet business needs and enhance user experience., * Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications across multiple platforms using languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, and Ruby on Rails.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilise version control systems including Git, SVN, GitHub, and Azure DevOps to manage code repositories effectively.
Design and implement APIs and RESTful services to facilitate seamless integration between systems.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to deploy scalable and secure applications.
Contribute to front-end development efforts ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Write efficient SQL queries for MySQL or SQL Server databases; optimise database performance where necessary.
Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and continuous integration processes to uphold coding standards.
Document technical specifications and system architecture for future reference and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, .NET frameworks, VBA, Linux environments, and application development tools.

Experience with front-end development including HTML5, CSS3, React or Angular is advantageous.
Strong understanding of APIs (RESTful services), cloud services (AWS & Azure), database management (MySQL & SQL Server), and version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
