Purpose:

Work within an established data team who are responsible for providing T-SQL, PowerBI and API solutions to be leveraged within their applications Providing high quality, robust SaaS Management Information solutions Liaising with stakeholders to understand, document and implement MI requirements, Help shape and define the Data Group practice area Working on the architecture, design, development and maintenance of Power BI reports leveraged within applications A front footed approach to delivering high quality work

Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of all solutions delivered by the team Working with stakeholders to understand requirements & translating into effective reports Working with the Project team to formulate detailed, time based plans for the delivery of reports, API’s and other date related deliverables Maintaining robust reporting data schema within SQL data that facilitates efficient reporting solutions for our clients and ourselves Staying updated with the latest technologies to continuously improve our data capabilities

Ind standard Skills Data Analysis / PBI / SQL, Highly skilled and experienced Power BI Reports Analyst with experience working in a SaaS Company Strong inter-personal skills, able to communicate clearly and confidently to varying levels of individuals internally and externally Self-starter, takes ownership, able to break down a project into actionable steps and use initiative to move these forward Have the confidence to work on their own but also to ask for help or direction when required Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver to a deadline Diligence and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered to a high standard

Experience of the following is essential: Power BI - advanced knowledge SQL - ideally advanced knowledge Understanding data structures and imparting this knowledge to others Strong statistical analysis and data mining skills

Experience of the following would be useful: Producing MI to be consumed by senior leaders Knowledge of integration with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle and ESR Machine learning techniques
