Solutions & System Integration Lead

• Assess client technical architectures and develop future-state system integration blueprints aligned to business objectives
• Lead technology strategy and implementation planning across AI, cloud modernisation, DevOps, and custom software delivery programmes
• Drive transformational engagements across clients in the US and UK
• Identify recurring client needs and develop scalable solution propositions leveraging Mindpath’s capabilities and third-party technology partners
• Articulate value propositions to enterprise clients and customise offerings based on client feedback and market requirements
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across the UK and India on complex, multi-stream transformation programmes
• Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and commercial enablement across Mindpath’s client base
• Establish and maintain governance structures, delivery forums, and executive reporting mechanisms
• Collaborate with internal development teams and external partners to design, sell, and deliver integrated technology solutions

Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * 15+ years of experience in technology transformation, solution architecture, or system integration

• Strong background in enterprise platform modernisation and cloud architecture (AWS preferred)
• Experience leading client-facing technology engagements in financial services, fintech, or e-commerce
• Proven track record of managing multi-market, cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI platforms, DevOps practices, and SaaS delivery models
• Experience with system integration strategy across third-party technology ecosystems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at C-suite level
• Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pre-sales and solution proposition development, * AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
• TOGAF Enterprise Architecture certification
• CISSP or equivalent security certification
• ITIL v4 Professional
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
