IT Project Developer

Type of employment: hybrid (in-person & home office) in Vienna; no remote work possible Develop, optimize and own the software solutions that keep our business running. Application Development & Maintenance: You maintain, develop, and continuously improve business-critical web applications. Backend & Frontend Development: You primarily develop backend solutions in PHP and Symfony and implement smaller frontend changes where required. Incident & Problem Resolution: You analyze and resolve software errors and production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions rather than only addressing symptoms. Solution Design: You independently contribute to the design and implementation of software solutions based on business and technical requirements and support the onboarding of new components and applications.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience in software development At least 4 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in PHP and web application development Experience with Symfony or another modern PHP framework and a solid understanding of framework concepts Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, relational databases, and Git; Structured problem-solving approach, focus on maintainable and reliable code, and very good English skills; German is an advantage A varied role in a forward-thinking company with an international background.
