IT Project Manager - Software Development & Agile Delivery

• Plan and organize complex IT software development and implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project scope, timing, budget, capacity, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors within a multi-project delivery context.
• Facilitate release management, implementations, and migrations while ensuring rigorous quality control.
• Provide transparent status reporting and decision-making data for management and stakeholders.
• Implement and professionalize agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban across teams.

• You have a Master’s degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• You bring 5+ years of experience as a project leader in infrastructure or software development projects.
• You possess expertise in project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok.
• You have extensive experience with agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• You bring proficiency in project and backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• You possess a strong understanding of release, test, and quality management within IT environments.
• You have experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and stakeholders.
• You’re able to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing budget and capacity.
• You are proactive, analytical, and possess excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• You are native in Dutch with professional knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture alignment and data migrations.
• Involvement in RFI, RFP, or vendor selection trajectories.
• Experience with demand management and financial forecasting.
