Job description

Head of Data Salary: £105,000 - £115,000 Location: London

Hybrid Data Idols are working with a high-growth technology business looking for a Head of Data to lead and develop its data capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at a key stage of growth, where data plays an important role across product development, commercial performance and strategic decision-making. The Opportunity As Head of Data, you will shape the data engineering strategy and roadmap, lead a small high-performing team and work closely with senior stakeholders to build the data capabilities needed to support the organisation as it scales. This is a strategic but hands-on role, with a strong focus on data architecture, data modelling and analytics engineering. You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s data foundations, ensuring data is reliable, scalable and accessible, while continuing to develop the data warehouse, pipelines and dbt environment. analytics and data science to ensure they have the right data and infrastructure to deliver high-quality insights, experimentation and advanced analytics. You’ll also explore how AI and automation can improve data processes, engineering workflows and the wider organisation.
