Security Systems Administrator

Are you an experienced Security Systems Administrator looking for your next opportunity?, * Systems Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot access control and video management systems including CCure and Genetec platforms.

• User & Access Management: Administer user accounts, credential provisioning, and access permissions in line with security policies and operational requirements.
• Stakeholder Support: Liaise with facilities, IT, and security operations teams to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and site requirements.
• Technical Oversight & Reporting: Maintain accurate system documentation, produce regular performance and audit reports, and support incident investigations with relevant data exports.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to relevant industry standards and internal security governance frameworks, supporting audit readiness at all times.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Security Systems Administrator or in a similar role within the physical security industry.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CCure 9000 and Genetec Security Center, including configuration, administration, and fault resolution.
• Project/Operational Scope: Proven track record managing access control and CCTV/VMS platforms within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Mobility & Eligibility: Right to Work in the UK at the time of application.

Desirable:

• Certifications: Genetec or CCure product certifications; SIA licence; CSCS card.
• Sector Background: Prior experience working within critical infrastructure, data centres, or large-scale commercial estate environments.

• Competitive Base Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
