Support the development of performance optimisation strategies, best practices and network improvements. Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for ESN-related performance issues.Required ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you should have: Extensive experience within mobile telecommunications as a RAN Performance or Optimisation SME. Requirements
in UE log analysis, Wireshark tracing, and end-to-end network troubleshooting. Deep understanding of 4G LTE networks, radio performance optimisation, and public safety communications. Proven experience analysing drive test logs, protocol traces and network KPIs. Strong knowledge of: LTE signalling and procedures SIP protocols Push-to-Talk (PTT) services SRTP and DTLS troubleshooting LTE parameters and timers Hands-on experience with tools such as: Accuver Nemo TEMS Actix Wireshark Experience working with Nokia RAN solutions. Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Desirable ExperienceExperience with LTE-based Public Safety or Mission Critical Communications networks. Knowledge of Ericsson, Huawei or Parallel Wireless technologies. Familiarity with 3GPP and ETSI standards. Experience managing third-party vendors and suppliers.
