Working within a friendly and supportive Fundraising and Marketing team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate supporter records and ensuring the smooth administration of fundraising activities. The fundraising database is central to supporter engagement, donation processing, reporting and income generation, making accuracy and confidentiality essential., * Maintaining and updating supporter records

  • Processing donations accurately and efficiently
  • Producing data lists and reports
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity
  • Providing administrative support to fundraising activities

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fundraising Database Coordinator to join a well-established charity on a temporary 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator or data professional with strong database management skills to support a busy fundraising team during a handover period, with the potential for the role to become permanent., * Previous administration and data management experience

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong database management skills
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Experience of using Raiser’s Edge is highly desirable
  • Previous experience working within the charity sector would be advantageous

Benefits & conditions

21 hours per week (3 days)

Monday to Friday working pattern (9:00am - 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch)

28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional birthday day

Potential opportunity for the role to become permanent following the initial temporary contract
