Sound like you?What we’re looking for?RequiredAdvanced, hands-on experience using AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystemStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and simplify inefficient processesExperience translating improvement opportunities into practical, scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve productivityStrong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 productivity toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teamsProactive continuous-improvement mindset, with curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex delivery environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detailStrong awareness of risk, controls and data considerations when implementing new ways of workingDesirablePractical experience applying generative AI to business processes or operational workflowsExperience within banking, financial services, Transaction Banking, client implementation or onboardingKnowledge of process mapping, workflow redesign, Lean or continuous-improvement methodologiesExperience creating MI, dashboards and data visualisationsUnderstanding of AI governance, data privacy, information security and operational riskExperience supporting change adoption, including training and embedding new tools and processesWe know that great talent comes from many backgrounds.
