What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute the company’s overall technology and innovation strategy
• Lead enterprise technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee technology architecture, systems modernization, and platform scalability
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices
• Establish technology governance, performance metrics, and operational standards
• Manage technology budgets, investments, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering, infrastructure, and technology teams
• Ensure business continuity, security, reliability, and operational resilience across technology environments
• Evaluate industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance organizational competitiveness

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience in technology leadership, software development, IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, or digital transformation roles

• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and technology operations
• Proven leadership and organizational management capabilities
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and business transformation projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Commercial awareness and ability to align technology with business growth objectives
• Relevant certifications, technical qualifications, or equivalent leadership experience are advantageous but not essential
