  • The person will communicate with different teams through email and provide status updates to paralegals.
  • The role supports various projects and requires someone willing to learn, contribute, and improve.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a corporate environment is preferred, as it helps candidates understand a professional workplace.
  • Experience in a technical environment, such as IT support, e-discovery, or forensics, is preferred. * Candidates should be able to learn new software and ask questions when needed.
  • E-discovery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with FTK Imager, Nuix, Nuix CCC, or other forensic processing and data collection tools is preferred.

  • Recent graduates and junior candidates may be considered if they have a strong resume. Relevant coursework in e-discovery or forensics would be helpful.
  • Desktop support candidates may be considered if they have managed large projects. Candidates whose experience is limited to ticket processing may not be suitable.
  • Candidates with project experience, a corporate background, completed projects, teamwork, and collaboration skills may also be considered.
  • Experience with forensic collections and forensic tools, particularly FTK Imager or Nuix, would stand out.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge is required. Experience with tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell is helpful.
  • Relativity experience is also relevant and may be considered.
  • Legal or litigation knowledge is not a major requirement and can be learned on the job.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates with a master’s degree may be considered, although some may be overqualified.
  • Candidates with a master’s in computer science and extensive software development experience may not be a good fit if their career goals do not align with the position. Candidates who have changed career paths and have relevant e-discovery experience may still be considered.
  • Local candidates are preferred. Candidates willing to relocate may be considered if they have a strong resume and a clear relocation plan.
